We’re sorry, but Shireen Sundrani Physiotherapy Services does not accept ODSP or OHIP
coverage at this time. Our clinic operates on a private-pay basis. However, many clients are able

Yes, we offer direct billing to most major insurance providers for your convenience. This allows
you to pay only the portion not covered by your plan (if applicable). Please bring your insurance
card to your appointment, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the process.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, we kindly request at least 24
hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee, as this time is
reserved specifically for you.
